2. Provision of the website and server log files

This website is delivered via the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (‘Cloudflare’). When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data in order to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. This includes:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Page accessed and amount of data transferred
• Referrer URL (the page visited previously)
• Browser type, operating system and language setting

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and fast provision of the website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA therefore take place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). 3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, by phone or via the contact form, we process the details you provide (e.g. your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The contact form opens your own email program; data is only transmitted once you send the email yourself.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or to pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

4. Cookies and local storage

We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. If you close the notice pointing you to another language version, we save that choice in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage). The entry contains no personal data and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications and Digital Services Data Protection Act), as this storage is strictly necessary to provide the function you have requested.

5. Fonts and external content

All fonts and graphics are loaded directly from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party provider. The ‘Get directions’ link takes you to Google Maps; data is only transmitted once you click the link, at which point Google’s privacy policy applies.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the following rights at any time:
